Indian's power

Tomorrow, the victory of India's Judge Dalveer Bhandari is not only an achievement of India but it is a historic event. The events that have come out of this election are not only the story of the success of India's diplomatic aggression of Prime Minister Modi but also reflects the growing power in India's international scene under the leadership of Modi. The election of the judges of the international court is that of the member states of the United Nations which is 193 and the Security Council has 15 members. If there is a difference between the two, then one candidate is selected by repeatedly voting. England Judge Greenwood was the test taker for Dalvi Bhandari, India's Judge for this last remaining seat. England is not only a permanent member of the Security Council, but since 1946, since this International Court was formed. When voting took place in the Security Council, England's Greenwood received 9 votes and India got 6 votes, but the General Assembly of the United States did not make any agreement with England's Greenwood. The General Assembly repeatedly voted for this and India's secular Judge Bhandari got an edge in every polling. In the end, India received a nearly two-thirds majority by getting 121 votes in the 193-member assembly. Even after India received a clear majority in the General Assembly, the Security Council was still in favor of the Greenwood side of England because the 5 permanent members of the Security Council wanted to keep the influence of their power. It was necessary for them to circumvent the diplomatic effect of India, because if today India, England, which is a permanent member of the Security Council, is successful in mobilizing against him, then tomorrow can challenge the other permanent members in the United Nations. . Seeing the stereotype of India's prospect, desperate England took the joint meeting to resolve this issue, where 3-3 members of the Security Council and the General Assembly jointly agreed on a single name. This amazement of how England's proposal was amazeable could be understood from this that the process of convening such a joint gathering is mentioned in the rules, but till now such a conclave was never called. With this appeal, it was also reported that India will withdraw the name of its official Dalveer Bhandari and India has agreed to this joint session. But India's permanent representative Syed Akbaruddin denied all such news and India, speaking on the occasion of voting again by impressive diplomatic advocacy of its secular judge Bhandari. With this diplomatic aggression of India, England became uncomfortable and considering the decreasing support for its candidate, before the voting, Justice Greenwood's name was withdrawn. The result was that India got 183 votes in General Assembly and 15 votes in the Security Council and won the elections for India's judge Dalveer Bhandari, International Court of Justice.
