It was necessary for them to circumvent the diplomatic effect of India, because if today India, England, which is a permanent member of the Security Council, is successful in mobilizing against him, then tomorrow can challenge the other permanent members in the United Nations. . Seeing the stereotype of India's prospect, desperate England took the joint meeting to resolve this issue, where 3-3 members of the Security Council and the General Assembly jointly agreed on a single name.
