8. SO LONG AS {जहाँ तक, जितने समय तक}
समय पर आधारित शर्त के लिये

(जब तक आप कहें मैं यहां ठहर सकता हूं -I can stay
here so long as you say. )
- (जब तक बारिश हो रही है तुम्हें बाहर नहीं जाना चाहिए -
You should not go out so long as it's raining. )
- (वह मेरे साथ रहेगा जब तक वह ठीक नहीं हो जाता - He
Will stay with me so long as he gets well. )
9. SO THAT {ताकि } उद्देश्य या परिणाम बताना
- (वह शहर गया ताकि वह कमा सके - He went to city
Sothat he could earn more. )
- (वह अंग्रेजी सीख रहा है ताकि वह अच्छी नौकरी पा सके -
He is learning English Sothat he may gets a good job. )
- (वह घर पर रुकी ताकि वह बच्चों की देखभाल कर सके - she stay at home Sothat she may look after her children. )
