Piles पाइल्स (बवासीर)और Fistula फिस्टुला(भगंदर) :- मेरा अनुभव [भाग - 1] प्रस्तावना(introduction) :- पाइल्स एक ऐसी बीमारी है जो खान पान में अनियमितता के कारण उत्पन्न होती है।पाइल्स की बीमारी 90% लोगों को है लेकिन जिन लोगों का पाचन दुरुस्त होता है उनकी बीमारी तुरंत नहीं उभरती बल्कि बुढ़ापे में आती है।क्योंकि यह गुदा की बीमारी है इसलिए लोग इसे गुप्त ही रखते हैं मुझे रोज़ या कभी कभी मिलने वाले 70% लोग इससे पीड़ित निकले । मुझे कब्ज़ की शिकायत थी, मैं रोज़ 10 से 15 मिनिट शौचालय में बैठा रहता था।       * कब पता चला - क़रीब साल भर पहले मुझे गुदा(anus) में खुजली सी होने लगी ।मैंने सोचा कि मुझे कृमि हो गई है तो मैने कृमिनाशक albendezol टेबलेट ली ।दो टेबलेट लेने बाद भी हालत लगभग वैसी ही थी ।फिर 3 महीने पहले ये खुजली बढ़ने लगी ।पास के एक क्लीनिक में जाकर चेक उप कराने पर पता चला कि मुझे पाइल्स है ।पाइल्स दो प्रकार की होती है  1. ख़ूनी पाइल्स, जिसमें खून निकलता है 2. बादी पाइल्स, जिसमें खून नही निकलता बल्कि गुदा के 1 या 2 इंच नीचे मस्से होते हैं जो खुजली पैदा करते हैं।मुझे यही प...
