ADJECTIVE AND ITS DEGREES
( विशेषण तया उसकी डिग्री )
परिभाषा--An adjective is a word that is used
to add something to the meaning of a Noun
जो शब्द संज्ञा की विशेषता बतलाते हैं, विशेषण कहलाते हैं। जैसे
1. Satish is a tall boy
सतीश लम्बा लड़का है।
2. She is a clever girl.
वह चतुर लड़की है।
Adjectives की तीन अवस्थाएँ होती हैं
(1) Positive degree (2) Comparative degree (3) superlative degree
Positive - अर्थ -Comporative -   Superative 
tool - ठण्डा  -cooler - coolest
KInd - दयालु  kinder - kindest
old- पुराना -  older -  oldest
tall - लंबा - taller - tallest
Young -जवान - younger - youngest
long - लम्बा - longer - longest
Poor - गरीब  -poorer - poorest
High - ऊंचा - higher - highest
Low - नीचा - lower -  lowest
fast - तेज - faster - fastest
Weak - कमजोर  -weaker - weakest
bright - चमकीला- brighter  -brightest
grestest- महान - greater - greatest
Rich - अमीर -  richer - richest
Small - छोटा - smaller - smallest
Strong - मजबूत-  stronger - strongest
Brave -  बहादुर - braver - bravest
large - बड़ा- larger -  largest
wise - wiser - wisest
big - बड़ा -bigger - biggest
fat -मोटा -  fatter - flattest
hot - गरम - hotter - hottest
Thin - पतला - thinner - thinnest
red- लाल - redder - reddest
Sad- उदास - sadder - saddest
Dear-  प्रिय - dearer - dearest
Sweet - मीठ - Sweeter - Sweetest
Clever - चालाक - cleverer - cleverest
Easy - आसान- easier - easiest
Happy - खुश- happier - happiest
Heavy - भारी - heavier -  heaviest
Early - जल्दी -earlier - earliest
Lazy - आलसी-  lazier - laziest
Beautiful - सुन्दर-  more beautiful - most beautiful
Careful-  सावधान - more careful - most

Dificult -  कठिन - more difficult-  most difficult
Foolish - मूर्ख-  more foolish - most foolish
Useful - उपयोगी - more useful - most useful
Famous - प्रसिद्ध-  more famous - most

bad - बुरा - worse - wrost
Good - अच्छा- better -best
Many- अधिक - more - most
Much - अधिक - more - most
Old - उम्र में बड़ा - elder- eldest
Little- थोड़ा - less- least
late - देर में - later - latest
